Key Responsibilities:
- NPI project development, feasibility analysis and evaluation for test related issues (capacity, process, PFMEA, DFX, equipment, fixtures, automation...etc)
- ICT, BFT fixture development, test script coding and test plan development
- Set up and optimize the testing station/process for NPI and mass production
- SOP standard document creation & production line staff training
- Leading the analysis, verification, and resolution the testing issue troubleshooting
- Assist the production department and quality department in improving the testing yield rate.
- Validation and implementation of ECN/ECR Firmware and Hardware changes of testing related issues
- Improvement of testing production processes, efficiency enhancement, and cost savings.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience with TE (Test Engineering) management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiar with SMT processes.
- Preferred: Experience with testing management.
- Strong stress resilience and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting findings.
Educational Requirements:
- University/Bachelor's degree or above, in Electronic, Computer Science, or related engineering/science fields.
