Process
Key Responsibilities:
- SMT line set up and bring up on time in order to fulfill milestone schedule.
- Ensure all SMT related equipments (Fuji/ASM/Reflow/Router/WS/Pressfit...etc) operates as expected, monitor equipment performance, and achieve MFG OEE
- Assist new equipment and automation to be introduced into production.
- Preventive maintenance and overhaul, formulate and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce equipment failures and downtime.
- Equipment upgrades and modifications, evaluate equipment performance
- Team management, work shifts, and ensuring resources to support production goals
- Prepare and manage equipment maintenance and repair budgets
- Analyze maintenance and repair costs to save costs and improve efficiency
- Safety and compliance, ensure that equipment operation and maintenance comply with safety standards and specifications to prevent accidents.
- Train cadres, complete talent cultivation, and accelerate production line management
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience with EQ (Equipment)/ME (Manufacturing Engineering) management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiar with SMT processes.
- Preferred: Experience with equipment management.
- Strong stress resilience and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting findings.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in an engineering or science discipline related to Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, or Automation Engineering.
