Process
Key Responsibilities:
SMT Product/Process Engineer/Manager
- NPI project development, feasibility analysis and evaluation (layout, capacity, process, PFMEA, DFX, equipment, fixtures, automation...etc)
- Set up and optimize SMT lines for NPI and mass production
- SOP standard document creation & production line staff training
- New Product Introduction (NPI) : support to define NPI process and flow chart and keep tracking NPI progress to make sure NPI runs smoothly
- New process and cutting-edge technology study (e.g. DLC (Liquid cooling for B300, AI Server process etc.)
- Define and implement standard procedure to achieve production quality and efficiency
- Leading the analysis, verification, and resolution the line issue troubleshooting
- Assist the production department and quality department in improving the yield rate.
- Validation and implementation of ECN/ECR Firmware and Hardware changes
- Improvement of factory production processes, efficiency enhancement, and cost savings.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience with PE (Process Engineering) management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiar with SMT processes.
- Preferred: Experience with product and process management.
- Strong stress resilience and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting findings.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in an engineering or science discipline related to Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, or Automation Engineering
