Key Responsibilities:

Production Line Supervisor - System Assembly

  1. Implement strategies to improve production efficiency and meet output and quality targets.
  2. Lead and manage production teams, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  3. Analyze and improve production processes, increase productivity, and reduce costs.
  4. Ensure that products comply with quality standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
  5. Manage the manufacturing budget, including cost control and resource allocation.
  6. Ensure that the production process complies with safety regulations and standards.
  7. Cross-department collaboration: to ensure that production is consistent with the company's overall goals.
  8. Implement policy management and achieve manufacturing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  9. Manage manufacturing Work-in-Progress (WIP), inventory, and loss/scrap management to achieve company goals.
  10. Lead and resolve line issue troubleshooting.
  11. 5S management and implementation (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
  12. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with SMT Process Development (PD) management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiar with SMT processes.
  • Preferred: Experience with SMT PD management.
  • Strong stress resilience and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting findings.

Educational Requirements:

  • University/Bachelor’s degree or higher
