Compal is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to support a rapidly growing operation and build foundational hiring processes. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands on and capable of executing on high-volume as well as specialized searches across many functions and skill sets. This role partners closely with leadership and hiring teams to deliver strong talent pipelines, streamline recruitment workflows, and support the development of a world-class workforce.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop strategic, proactive sourcing strategies.
- Source and engage top talent through diverse channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and our AI tools.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and coordinating interviews to offer negotiations, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of both active and passive candidates.
- Support recruiting analytics and vendor liaison.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth environments.
- Detail oriented, great time and data management, and demonstrated success in creatively sourcing and closing passive candidates in competitive markets.
- A self-motivated, startup mindset: resourceful, enthusiastic, adaptable, and able to thrive without rigid guidelines.
- Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience and fostering diverse, high-performing teams.
