This role bridges hands-on accounting leadership with cross-functional collaboration to support Compal’s growing U.S. presence.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and company policies.
  • Coordinate and manage external and CPA audits, ensuring timely, accurate deliverables.

  • Partner with internal teams to improve accounting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and process control.
  • Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and corporate accounting standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support accounting and operational excellence.

  • Proven experience in the consumer electronics or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong technical accounting, reporting, and financial analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Preferred: Experience from a Big Four accounting firm or multinational company environment.
