Site Security Manager - Advanced AI Server Manufacturing Campus (ODM)

About the Role

Join a next-generation manufacturing organization powering the future of artificial intelligence and high-performance computing. We are seeking an experienced Site Security Manager to lead all physical security operations at our Austin manufacturing plant. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and compliant facility through effective management of security systems, security vendors, regulatory agencies, personnel, and procedures.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily site security operations, including guard force supervision, badge and access control, CCTV monitoring, and visitor management.
• Maintain and troubleshoot security equipment and infrastructure in coordination with maintenance and IT teams.
• Develop and enforce plant-wide security policies and emergency procedures to safeguard personnel, intellectual property, physical property, and production assets.
• Conduct routine inspections and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead the site’s emergency response and incident management programs (fire drills, crisis events, evacuations).
• Coordinate with local law enforcement, emergency responders, and contracted security vendors.
• Support OSHA, EHS, and safety compliance through regular reporting and site audits.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of industrial or corporate security management experience.
• Strong working knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, and OSHA safety standards.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate across maintenance, safety, and operations departments.
• Excellent communication and incident documentation skills.
• Prior law enforcement or military experience preferred.
