Engineer
System IQC Engineer - Advanced AI Server Manufacturing Campus (ODM)
About the Role
Join a next-generation manufacturing organization powering the future of artificial intelligence and high-performance computing. We are seeking an experienced System IQC Engineer to support quality assurance for mechanical, electrical, and cable components used in server system assembly. This role ensures all incoming materials meet specification, comply with industry standards, and maintain the level of quality required for high-reliability production.
What You'll Do
- Conduct incoming inspections for mechanical, electrical, and cable components used in system assembly.
- Define inspection procedures, sampling criteria, and acceptance quality limits (AQL).
- Identify and document material non-conformities; issue NCRs and communicate findings to SQE for supplier feedback.
- Maintain inspection documentation, test records, traceability logs, NCR data, and quality reports.
- Support internal quality audits, supplier review meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Process Engineering (PE) and Manufacturing Engineering (ME) teams to resolve material issues and improve component quality.
- Ensure all inspection tools, gauges, and testing equipment are properly calibrated and fully functional.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What You Bring
- Experience in incoming inspection, component quality control, or electronics manufacturing quality assurance.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical components used in server or electronics assembly.
- Familiarity with EIA, UL, ASTM, and other relevant industry standards.
- Proficient in the use of measurement tools, gauges, and electrical or mechanical testing equipment.
- Strong understanding of documentation, traceability systems, and NCR processes.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective collaboration skills, especially when working with PE, ME, and SQE teams.
