About the Role

As the Facility Manager, you’ll lead the operational backbone of our advanced Austin campus—where precision engineering, automation, and sustainability converge to enable the world’s most powerful AI systems.

This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring our facility operates at peak performance, supporting cutting-edge production and continuous innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and optimize all building infrastructure systems—including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, utilities, and fire protection—to support high-demand AI manufacturing environments.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs that keep operations running with near-zero downtime.
• Manage facility expansion, modernization, and capital projects, partnering with world-class vendors and engineering teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance while advancing energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives that align with our mission of responsible innovation.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and safety teams to create a resilient, future-ready facility that enables rapid scaling of AI hardware production.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Facilities Engineering (advanced degree a plus).
• 8+ years of facility management experience in advanced manufacturing or technology-driven environments.
• Proven success managing complex building systems, large-scale projects, and vendor relationships in high-tech or precision manufacturing settings.
• Certifications such as PMP, LEED, or equivalent preferred.
• A passion for innovation, reliability, and sustainability—and a drive to support the infrastructure behind tomorrow’s AI breakthroughs.
