System Integration Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• NPI project development, feasibility analysis and evaluation (layout, capacity, process, PFMEA, DFX, equipment, fixtures, automation...etc)
• Integrate server systems and validate mechanical builds, BOM validation, cable routing etc.
• SOP standard document creation & production line staff training
• New Product Introduction (NPI) : support to define NPI process and flow chart and keep tracking NPI progress to make sure NPIruns smoothly
• New process and cutting-edge technology study (e.g. DLC (Liquid cooling for NvidiaAI Server etc.)
• Define and implement standard procedure to achieve production quality and efficiency
• Leading the analysis, verification, and resolution the line issue troubleshooting and quality improvement
• Validation and implementation of ECN/ECR Firmware and Hardware changes
• Improvement of factory production processes, efficiency enhancement, and cost savings.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Must have:

• College or above
• Familiar with the system (L10) process.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, TOEIC score > 500 or equivalent(Non-native speaker)
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting findings

Nice to have:

• Familiar with AI Server &DLC related process, such as NvidiaAI products, including L10&L11 process
• Strong stress resilience and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
