Key Responsibilities:
- Defective PCBA analysis & repair
- Analyze and repair defective products encountered during the testing process.
- Timely feedback on concentrated defects and abnormal situations encountered during repairs, and the corresponding FA/CA Report can be provided.
- Assist PE/RD in analyzing production line defects and improving the yield rate of production
- During the NPI build, the progress of failures analysis can be updated to the RD based on test failure, and the subsequent analysis progress can be tracked.
- Repair Equipment Debugging & BGA Profiler Setup
- Maintenance and tooling subcontracting production
- Abnormal BGA feedback and handling
- Proficient in using Office and report analysis.
- Equipment maintenance, procurement of spare parts
Qualifications:

Computer/electronics or related fields, possessing basic knowledge of electronic circuits, able to independently use circuit schematics.

Priority will be given to those who can analyze circuit diagrams and are proficient in using multimeters, oscilloscopes, soldering irons, etc.

Candidates with experience in analyzing and repairing AI/GPU Server products will be as first priority

Experience with TS (Trouble shooting) management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Familiar with SMT processes.

Preferred: Experience with product and process management.

Strong stress resilience and cross-departmental collaboration skills.

Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting findings
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, or Automation Engineering and related technical fields
