Key Responsibilities:

PECC (Production Execution Control Center) Operations Management

  1. Annual operational budget coordination and management of goal achievement
  2. Operational cost CPB prediction and goal achievement plan development
  3. Operational cost MVA P&L analysis
  4. KPI performance management and mechanism execution
  5. MRO parts procurement management (Included procurement cost statistics/control and analysis)
  6. IDL & DL personnel management (Included personnel-related matters, planning, staffing arrangements, and analysis, employee attendance maintenance and reimbursement of travel expenses)
  7. Handling daily administrative affairs
  8. Completing tasks assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Experience with operation & business & financial management or knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiar with operation/business/financial processes.
  • Preferred: Experience with operation/business/financial management.
  • Strong stress resilience and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting findings

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
