PECC
Key Responsibilities:
PECC (Production Execution Control Center) Operations Management
- Annual operational budget coordination and management of goal achievement
- Operational cost CPB prediction and goal achievement plan development
- Operational cost MVA P&L analysis
- KPI performance management and mechanism execution
- MRO parts procurement management (Included procurement cost statistics/control and analysis)
- IDL & DL personnel management (Included personnel-related matters, planning, staffing arrangements, and analysis, employee attendance maintenance and reimbursement of travel expenses)
- Handling daily administrative affairs
- Completing tasks assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
- Experience with operation & business & financial management or knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiar with operation/business/financial processes.
- Preferred: Experience with operation/business/financial management.
- Strong stress resilience and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting findings
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
