IT Infrastructure Engineer/Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Implementation & Configuration:
   • Deploy and configure MES solutions to meet manufacturing and process requirements.
   • Ensure integration with ERP, PLC, and other factory systems.
2. Process Mapping & Digitization:
   • Map production processes and translate them into digital workflows.
   • Enable paperless production tracking and traceability.
3. Real-Time Monitoring & Data Collection:
   • Ensure MES captures production data accurately (e.g., yield, downtime, WIP).
   • Support dashboards and KPIs for operations visibility.
4. Support Production & Troubleshooting:
   • Provide frontline support for MES issues on the production floor.
   • Troubleshoot data, system, and interface errors.
5. System Maintenance & Upgrades:
   • Perform regular system checks, updates, and backups.
   • Coordinate MES software upgrades and patches.
6. User Training & Documentation:
   • Train operators, engineers, and supervisors on MES functionality.
   • Maintain clear documentation for MES processes and change control.
7. Compliance & Traceability:
   • Ensure the MES supports traceability, quality checks, and regulatory compliance (especially important in automotive, medical, and aerospace sectors).
8. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Warehouse management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiar with SMT and system processes.
• Preferred: Experience with MES management.
• Strong stress resilience and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting findings

Educational Requirements:

• University / Bachelor's degree or above, in an Information Technology related field (Information Management, Computer Science, Information Science, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, etc.).
