Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse operation and management (including receiving, storing, picking, and issuing materials and finished goods)
- Manage inbound/outbound materials/goods and kitting processes
- Complete the material preparation for work orders on time
- Manage inventory with SLM (Safety - Lead - Min)
- Implement warehouse FIFO (First - In, First - Out) management
- Lead the annual manufacturing inventory and ensure accurate inventory records
- Manage outsourced manufacturers
- Monitor and maintain proper storage conditions for sensitive electronic components (e.g., humidity and ESD controls).
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Use ERP/WMS systems to manage stock transactions and generate reports.
- Train and lead warehouse staff to ensure high performance and efficiency.
- Handle non-conforming materials, returns, and scrap procedures in accordance with company policies.
- Optimize warehouse layout for space efficiency and productivity.
- Cultivate personnel capabilities
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Warehouse management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiar with warehouse management processes.
- Preferred: Experience with warehouse management.
- Strong stress resilience and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting findings.
Educational Requirements:
- University / Bachelor's degree or above.
