Key Responsibilities:
- Leads MVA analysis and budgeting; drives MVA optimization to meet target
- Owns factory layout planning and optimization
- Owns engineering model control and defines resource requirement based on demand
- Leads overall production performance improvement (e.g., normalized UPPH by Implementing opportunities identified from annual diagnostics)
- Deploying best practices and standard defined by central IE COE
- Defining requirements for automation team and participating in project progress reviews
- Defining requirement for digital team in use case
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience with IE management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiar with lean and Kaizen processes.
- Preferred: Experience with IE management.
- Strong stress resilience and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting findings
Educational Requirements:
- University / Bachelor's degree or above, in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electronic, or related engineering/science fields.
- AutoCAD
