Manufacturing Project Manager

About the Role

Join a next-generation manufacturing team building the backbone of high-performance computing and AI systems. As a Project Manager Specialist, you’ll coordinate NPI builds, production readiness, and cross-functional execution at our advanced Austin facility—driving products from prototype to mass production with clarity, speed, and precision.

What You’ll Do

• Lead NPI and product transfer projects to meet schedule, quality, and cost goals.
• Coordinate production readiness: capacity, tooling, materials, and engineering support.
• Manage and optimize MFG NRE & MVA budgets.
• Drive cross-functional troubleshooting to ensure smooth ramp to mass production.
• Create and improve SOPs and project workflows.
• Identify risks, track actions, and ensure timely issue closure.
• Communicate status and drive alignment across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.

What You Bring

• Experience managing projects in manufacturing, electronics, or hardware operations.
• Strong understanding of NPI processes and production workflows.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to manage fast-moving priorities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration ability.
• Familiarity with project planning tools and risk management.
• Preferred: SMT/PCBA experience, cost analysis (NRE/MVA), Lean/Six Sigma.
