Key Responsibilities:

1. Leads MFG NRE & MVA quotation/analysis and budgeting; drives MFG NRE & MVA optimization to meet target
2. Leads overall NPI production performance and troubleshooting, ensure successful transition to mass production
3. Manage NPI projects (e.g., NPI, product transfer) to meet required schedule and performance
4. Establish SOP/guidance for existing work process
5. Responsible for project management in planning (include risk control) and promoting the introduction of new products into mass production (including scheduling, engineering quality, control, coordination, and follow-up) to fulfill Customer demand and satisfication
6. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience with PM management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiar with project planning processes.
• Preferred: Experience with PM management.
• Strong stress resilience and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting findings

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
