About the position

TeraHop Photonics Inc. is hiring a Facilities Technician to support the construction and ongoing operation of a new high-speed transceiver manufacturing facility with an ISO-7 cleanroom. This is a hands-on role focused on facility systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

-During Construction Phase: Assist in daily coordination of contractors and vendors to ensure safe, technically accurate, and on-time installation of facility systems.

• During Operations Phase: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC, water, gas, and electrical systems. Monitor cleanroom and facility conditions to keep operations stable.

Required Qualifications:

• Technical diploma, trade school, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Journeyman Electrician License preferred.
• 2+ years of facility or equipment maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, water, gas, and electrical systems.
• Cleanroom or manufacturing facility experience is a plus.
