Key Responsibilities:
SMT (PCBA) + System/FATP
- RMA handling, test report writing
- Monitor system test performance and manage defect analysis
- Conduct failure analysis and repairs for products such as motherboards, GPU computing cards, and servers.
- Analyze customer complaint issues and provide detailed solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis on defects, deliver feedback, and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Input design improvement, customer feedback to engineering for product, service continuous improvement to enhance company product lines also to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Consult with engineering and cross-functional collaboration to resolve product issues to achieve customer satisfaction
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience with SQE management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid knowledge of failure analysis techniques and tools.
- Experience in handling electronic products or related hardware is a plus.
- Familiar with SMT processes.
- Strong stress resilience and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting findings
Educational Requirements:
- University / Bachelor's degree or above, in an Engineering/Science field
