Key Responsibilities:
System/FATP Material: PCB, EE, ME parts
- Supplier Assessment: Evaluate and qualify new suppliers by conducting audits, assessing their quality systems, and verifying compliance with standards.
- Supplier Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze supplier performance, identify trends, and develop action plans to address quality issues.
- Root Cause Analysis: Work with suppliers to perform root cause analysis for defects or non-conforming materials and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Supplier Development: Support suppliers in implementing quality improvement initiatives to ensure consistent and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and production teams to ensure supplier quality aligns with company requirements and standards.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of supplier performance, audits, corrective actions, and quality documentation.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure supplier materials and processes comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience with SQE management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiar with SMT processes, IPC-610/600 standards, SPC, QC system, FA tools, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
- Preferred: Experience with ISO9001, IATF 16949, ISO 26262, or ISO 13485.
- Strong stress resilience and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting findings
Educational Requirements:
- University / Bachelor's degree or above, in an Engineering/Science field
