System Quality Engineer/Manager - Advanced AI Server Manufacturing Campus (ODM)
About The Role
Join a next-generation manufacturing organization powering the future of artificial intelligence and high-performance computing. We are seeking a System Quality Engineer/Manager to lead quality operations across System/FATP production. You will oversee inspections, supplier quality, audits, and reliability, while managing the QMS and driving continuous improvement. This role supports customer quality engagements, leads root-cause and corrective actions, and develops the QA team to ensure consistent, high-quality system output.
What You'll Do
- Oversee all QA operations for System/FATP, including in-process and final inspections, supplier quality management, root-cause analysis, and product reliability assessments.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS), including documentation controls, training programs, and standard quality procedures.
- Lead internal quality audits and manage external certifications (ISO, SPC, and other industry standards) to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives to enhance system performance, reduce defects, and support continuous improvement across production lines.
- Manage customer complaints by performing root-cause analysis, implementing corrective/- preventive actions (CAPA), and providing timely feedback and reports.
- Participate in customer-facing quality meetings, presenting metrics, improvement plans, and process updates.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the QA team, fostering operational discipline, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in Quality Engineering management within electronics, system assembly, or FATP environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities with hands-on experience in root-cause analysis and FA tools.
- Familiarity with SMT processes, IPC-A-610/600 standards, SPC, QC systems, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Preferred experience with quality certifications such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 26262, or ISO 13485.
- Ability to work under pressure with strong stress resilience and effective cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with engineering, production, suppliers, and customer quality teams.
