Quality
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee QA operations, including inspections, supplier management, root cause analysis, and product reliability.
- Develop and maintain quality management systems, including training programs.
- Lead internal audits and external certifications (such as ISO, SPC...etc) for compliance with industry standards.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and manage customer complaints with preventive measures.
- Engage clients through regular quality meetings and action plans.
- Lead and develop the QA team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience with QE management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiar with SMT processes, IPC-610/600 standards, SPC, QC system, FA tools, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
- Preferred: Experience with ISO9001, IATF 16949, ISO 26262, or ISO 13485.
- Strong stress resilience and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting findings
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in an Engineering or Science discipline
