Process
Key Responsibilities:
- SMT (PCBA) + System/FATP
- Automated equipment and fixture development (PLC, robot arm, programming...etc), feasibility analysis and evaluation (layout, capacity, process, PFMEA, DFX, equipment, fixtures, automation...etc)
- Automation line set up and bring up on time in order to fulfill milestone schedule.
- Ensure all automation related equipments operates as expected, monitor equipment performance, and achieve MFG OEE
- Assist new automated equipment to be introduced into production.
- Preventive maintenance and overhaul, formulate and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce equipment failures and downtime.
- Equipment upgrades and modifications, evaluate equipment performance
- Team management, work shifts, and ensuring resources to support production goals
- Prepare and manage automation equipment maintenance and repair budgets
- Analyze maintenance and repair costs to save costs and improve efficiency
- Safety and compliance, ensure that automation equipment operation and maintenance comply with safety standards and specifications to prevent accidents.
- Train cadres, complete talent cultivation, and accelerate production line management
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience with automation management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiar with SMT (PCBA) and system (FATP) processes.
- Preferred: Experience with automation management.
- Strong stress resilience and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting findings
Educational Requirements:
- University / Bachelor's degree or above, in Mechanical, Electronic, Automation, or related engineering/science fields.
