Key Responsibilities:

  • SMT (PCBA) + System/FATP
  • Bilingual training delivery, SOP creation, certification process
  • Transfer knowledge from Asia team to U.S./KSA operators
  1. NPI project development, feasibility analysis and evaluation (layout, capacity, process, PFMEA, DFX, equipment, fixtures, automation...etc)
  2. Set up and optimize SMT/System/FATP lines for NPI and mass production
  3. SOP standard document creation & production line staff training
  4. New Product Introduction (NPI) : support to define NPI process and flow chart and keep tracking NPI progress to make sure NPI runs smoothly
  5. New process and cutting-edge technology study (e.g. DLC (Liquid cooling for B300, AI Server process etc.)
  6. Define and implement standard procedure to achieve production quality and efficiency
  7. Leading the analysis, verification, and resolution the line issue troubleshooting
  8. Assist the production department and quality department in improving the yield rate.
  9. Validation and implementation of ECN/ECR Firmware and Hardware changes
  10. Improvement of factory production processes, efficiency enhancement, and cost savings.
  11. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with PE management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English with excellent communication skills.
  • Familiar with SMT/System/FATP processes.
  • Preferred: Experience with product and process management.
  • Strong stress resilience and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting findings

Educational Requirements:

  • University/Bachelor's degree or above, in Mechanical, Electronic, Automation, or related engineering/science fields.
