System Test Engineer/Manager

Process

Key Responsibilities:

  1. NPI project development, feasibility analysis and evaluation for test related issues (capacity, process, PFMEA, DFX, equipment, fixtures, automation...etc)
  2. System level testing (Linux, burn-in testing, scripting, diagnostic tool use...etc) fixture development, test script coding and test plan development
  3. Set up and optimize the testing station/process for NPI and mass production
  4. SOP standard document creation & production line staff training
  5. Leading the analysis, verification, and resolution the testing issue troubleshooting
  6. Assist the production department and quality department in improving the testing yield rate.
  7. Validation and implementation of ECN/ECR Firmware and Hardware changes of testing related issues
  8. Improvement of testing production processes, efficiency enhancement, and cost savings.
  9. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with system TE (Test Engineering) management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiar with system (FATP) testing processes.
  • Preferred: Experience with system testing management.
  • Strong stress resilience and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting findings.

Educational Requirements:

  • University/Bachelor's degree or above, in Electronic, Computer Science, or related engineering/science fields.
