System Equipment Engineer/Manager

Process

Key Responsibilities:

  1. System line set up and bring up on time in order to fulfill milestone schedule.
  2. Ensure all System related equipments (DLC, Conveyors...etc) operates as expected, monitor equipment performance, and achieve MFG OEE
  3. Assist new equipment and automation to be introduced into production.
  4. Preventive maintenance and overhaul, formulate and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce equipment failures and downtime.
  5. Equipment upgrades and modifications, evaluate equipment performance
  6. Team management, work shifts, and ensuring resources to support production goals
  7. Prepare and manage equipment maintenance and repair budgets
  8. Analyze maintenance and repair costs to save costs and improve efficiency
  9. Safety and compliance, ensure that equipment operation and maintenance comply with safety standards and specifications to prevent accidents.
  10. Train cadres, complete talent cultivation, and accelerate production line management
  11. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with system EQ (Equipment) / ME (Manufacturing Engineering) management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiar with system (FATP) processes.
  • Preferred: Experience with system equipment management.
  • Strong stress resilience and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting findings.

Educational Requirements:

  • University/Bachelor's degree or above, in Mechanical, Electronic, Automation, or related engineering/science fields.
